About Coaching:
I coach those who want to make a positive difference and who are in a process of change. Working from the inside out, we would together focus on what matters to you, so you can bring out the best in yourself and in others.
You are someone who cares and you have a sense of purpose, even if it’s not being met right now. You are ready to delve into the psychology of yourself, your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and the impact on what matters to you in work, study or elsewhere.
We won’t just scratch the surface when we are working together. My expertise as a dual qualified coach and therapist helps the coaching to be tailored for you, your life, your needs and what you want to achieve. It’s also practical, with measurable goals and outcomes that support you, your organisation and relevant others.
My coaching clients are usually people who might be grappling with something in their personal or work life that they would like to change. I have coached people managing a long term health condition; managing work relationships and those wanting to help themselves others reach their potential.
Most of my coaching clients are NHS and Public Health staff.
I adhere to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics for coaching alongside the BACP ethical guidelines for counselling.
Please see the ‘About me’ section on my website for my other qualifications, experience and testimonials.
